Adrenal Fatigue

If you seem to have more responsibility than you can handle, can't get going in the morning without coffee, crave and eat a lot of carbs, need a nap during the day, and stay up until the wee hours because you're too wound up, then you might have some trouble with adrenal fatigue. Womentowomen.com recently released are really excellent article (see link above) on how to beat adrenal fatigue. In Traditional Chinese Medicine adrenal fatigue is generally related to Kidney deficiency that is brought on by long term stress or a life style where one "burns the candle at both ends". Acupuncture and Chinese herbs are very effective at reducing stress and balancing the body to subdue the symptoms of adrenal fatigue.
